The center of the Nome Gold rush the Seward Peninsula has rich history with gold mining structure spread out though it’s vast land. Contained with in the Seward Peninsula, The Bering Land Bridge National Preserve is the home to countless Animals and Plant species. The Preserves also has the largest Maar lakes in the world know as the Devil Mountain Lakes.
